1) What are the payment policies.
We only charge a small service fee upfront, all other payments are directly payable at hotel.

2) What exactly will I pay online.
You will be required to pay between 5 and 30 percent of the total cost in order to secure the booking. This online payment is made in USD, and will be clearly shown
in your credit card statement.

3) Is the payment system secure.
Yes. We use “PayPal” to make it comfortable & convenient for the customers.
THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE TO US. All transactions occurs in “PayPal” only.

4) Do you also store Credit card information.
We do not store any credit card information, our payment gateway is a third party payment system, with a SSL certification.

5) What information do you collect.
We collect among other things the following information: name, contact information, email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests etc.

6) What do you do with information.
We keep these details for –
Internal record keeping with complete security.
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may use this information to seek your valuable feedback and suggestions, to help us improve.
We may periodically send promotional emails subject to your permission about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

7) Do you share our information with any one.
As a matter of policy, all information about you is kept confidential.

8) Booking cancellation / modification.
Please send an email to booking@roomsxpert.com for any changes in your booking before the date of arrival. All relevant policies would be mentioned at the time of booking.
